Merchandise that is purchased from in-stock inventory may be returned for a full refund if you are not satisfied. Contact Barthau Jewellers first for specific return instructions prior to shipping. Special orders and custom orders are not refundable. Online store order can't be returned to the store. They must be shipped back and a refund will be credited to the original online payment method. We do not accept returns after 14 days from the shipping date. Please note that IN-STORE return policies are different from ONLINE store purchases. Shipping Policy
Estimated production and handling times vary and are indicated individually on each item's page. All online orders are shipped with Canada Post priority mail unless otherwise arranged. Shipping transit times to Canada and the USA is around 3-6 business days depending on the location. Upon receiving successful payment for a product, we will provide an estimated delivery date for the products to be shipped via email.
