Frequently Asked Questions Where are you located? We are in the heart of downtown Stouffville across from the clock tower, on the north side at 6312 Main Street. What are your hours? We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm and Thursday nights until 8:00 pm. What are your store policies? We offer a two week with receipt, exchange or full refund policy on normal stock items. Items must be unaltered and in original packaging condition. Special orders and custom items are excluded. Do you offer layaway? Yes we do. We have a six-month lay-away plan, with 20% down. We also offer no interest plans for up to 6 months. Why should I buy from Barthau Jewellers?
